Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Pure Sol. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or other high-volume times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

Pure Sol. may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Eligibility requirements and terms will be clearly stated during the promotion period.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express shipping methods.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Pure Sol. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Pure Sol. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist in providing information needed to file a claim when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@puresol.co with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
