At Pure Sol., we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of skincare, beauty, and personal care products, we are only able to accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

• Products must be in resalable condition

• Proof of purchase or order number is required

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, tested, or altered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used skincare products

• Opened sheet masks, eye masks, or beauty treatments

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Products marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pure Sol. is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@puresol.co.

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
